Hey, did anyone order anything recently from HF's official store at Deaf and Dumb? I got 2 orders from them and communication and everything was great. And now total nightmare... First I didn't get any confirmation (and forgot to login before ordering), I asked them about my order - got an answer that everything was OK... And then a short notification that it was sent... 48 days passed and - NOTHING... I got another parcel from Sweden which was sent earlier - it arrived after 19 days. I was allowed to look if the parcel is somewhere at the post office - but we found nothing. I wrote three times to the Deaf and Dumb - they just ignore my letters
And the worst thing - the request to find the lost parcel can be issued only by the sender and only if there is a tracking number... And they didn't give me any.

Just wondering if anyone was also having problem with the store recently or it's just unlucky me.

Damn, I wanted that signed CD so much...

I have never bought any merchandise in the shop....I use to buy something on the concerts...

I hope you get your parcel soon. Usually I buy the stuff either on festivals/concerts or order it on the record lables homepage (Nuclear Blast).

Since there's no way to find the lost parcel the shop is refunding the money...
Will buy the CD in the local music store...

Still annoying but at least you got your money back.
