Re: I just want to say thanks Metal really can "hold you up when you're going down". For me, other genres of music with their songs and lyrics can just make you feel even more depressed. Maybe it's just in my case, maybe there are more people with this opinion. But metal always gives you some positive energy!  I must say, especially HammerFall.

I just like metal for variety of styles and feelings they represent.
You can find artistic prog or beatiful symphonic pieces and when you feel like it you can have the ugliest music on earth.
