Re: Who or what do you read?
I never came across a horror novel that I found actually scary. Or a horror writer.
I got Stephen King's Dreamcatcher for my birthday, but I didn't get to even start with that book, I have so many things that I want to read before. I once tried to read something else from him, but I find his way of writing somehow passive and a bit boring.
Then there's Lovecraft... he had interesting imagination indeed! But, once again, I didn't get that scary feeling, I didn't get into atmosphere while reading his stories...
And just recently I read two E.A.Poe's stories. They're interesting, but it's too early to judge his whole work through only those two.
