 Rockstar Energy Drink While at Mayhem Fest they were giving away free Rockstar Energy drinks. I'd never tasted it before so I figured free, wet and cold, why not? OMG! That has to be the worst tasting stuff known to mankind! My discription is: cough syrup, soda water, fruit punch flavouring and some polyurethane. Anyone else care to try and describe that taste?

Re: Rockstar Energy Drink I've never tried Rockstar before but I did have a taste of a Red Bull once and it was by accident. I was working at a gas station and was stocking Red Bull drinks in the cooler. I dropped a can against the edge of the tray thing I was putting the drinks on, busting a small hole in the can. It turned and sprayed some right at my face and my mouth happened to be open. Yep, energy drinks are very nasty stuff and in my own experience, they don't give any energy at all.

Re: Rockstar Energy Drink There supposed to make you more awake? That's what Red Bull does perfectly... no matter how tired I am, one sip of this stuff is enough to enable me to run to the bathroom at a really amazing speed  Tastes like liquidated gummi bears... baah

Well, Rockstar did very slightly after I'd been walking for hours and hours during BiketoberFest last year, but it just made me feel like I could walk for another 15 minutes and then feel more tired after. I tried Monster when I was getting almost no sleep when my mother was in the hospital, and instead I felt like puking.

Re: Rockstar Energy Drink Pretty much they don't work on me, I could drink a good 5 of them probably and it would effect me for 10 minutes? I still get the crash.. but that's it.. if I drink them it's for taste and there is only a few that I like.

Re: Rockstar Energy Drink I've heard it should taste terribel and people would become sick of it. I get pretty thirsty when I'm drinking something like Red Bull. The flavour of Red Bull is funny but I only sip on it. I could never drink a can of this crazy, sweet stuff.

Re: Rockstar Energy Drink Yes, these "energy drinks" don't taste that nice, I know. Chewing gum might be the solution for the smell that comes out of your mouth afterwards. At least it has some effect on me, sometimes I use it when I'm not really awake and I have to play a soccer match.
