 Orden Ogan
I came across this band when browsing the Rhapsody forum. Normally I wouldn't bother sharing a newfound band with you, but this one is way too good. It's some kind of Power Metal with folk influences, and it's a little bit Blind Guardian-ish. http://www.myspace.com/ordenoganThere are some pretty decent songs on their myspace, just listen to them.

 Re: Orden Ogan
Well I don't think you should mind that top 50-thing. Not many people are participating, and I didn't understood the idea in the first place. There were lots of other albums I'd have nominated if I knew you could mention albums that were already mentioned. But on a sidenote: I totally dislike Dragonforce Now back to topic!

 Re: Orden Ogan
I don't see what Dragonforce has to do with Orden Ogan...
Ok, Dragonforce is good in nothing but playing fast and being repetitive. But Orden Ogan is always nice to hear. They didn't invent the wheel again, but listen to songs like Angels War. That's what I love to hear!

 Re: Orden Ogan
Hey, no bad words about Dragonforce if a Dragonforce fan enters the topic! I watched on Amazon Orden Ogan's video. http://www.amazon.de/gp/mpd/permalink/m9M20V48RNPUHFunny video and nice song! I listened to some of their songs and I like the keyboards! Nice mashup of Running Wild and Gamma Ray. Like Islane said, they didn't invent the wheel again. Angels War sounds nice but I think their studio music would very soon bore me. Their live music sounds better than their studio music. The studio music sounds so..ehm... flat? I don't know how to describe it.

 Re: Orden Ogan
Ok then how about this? Strictly speaking, Power Metal is quite boring, especially the drums. This band has very technical drumming, changes of speed that don't sound forced, but very natural... that's not really PM-ish. Just take a better listen, and you'll notice that they're very special. I listen to their new album at least once a day, and it still doesn't bore me.
