 Power Quest
I stumbled over this band while looking at a list of the artworks of Felipe Machado. I've seen their name before and such, but this time I decided to check them out. And it's over the top cheesy and happy. Which makes me happy!
I also know that our friend from Tampere likes this band, can you enlighten me a little bit?

 Re: Power Quest
I don't have any albums even though I have been looking to buy one of them for years. The problem is the prices and availability. But a lot of their stuff is pretty good. Check their myspace player. That should give you some opinnions about their style. But be sure to listen to them all as they have very different songs.

 Re: Power Quest
I've listened some songs on their myspace player, quite convincing.
Actually except for their latest album their albums aren't too expensive though the delivery time is quite long, like three weeks or so. But I'll keep my eyes open in the future.

 Re: Power Quest
I like Power Quest. Did you know the band was founded by Sam Totman from Dragonforce and Steve Williams ex-Dragonfroce Keyboard player? ZP Heart the (ex) Dragonforce singer has recorded a demo with them (which I own as mp3s) So you can say that Power Quest started as a sideproject

 Re: Power Quest
Yeah I know and the demo is available in youtube. Alessio was a good vocalist but sometimes he keeps going too high since I prefer when he keeps his voice a bit lower. And yes the keys are great. Some of the old stuff is maybe a bit typical PM but it has never been a problem to me.

 Re: Power Quest
Now that I finally got their albums Wings of Forever and Magic Never Dies I have been able to enjoy their music a lot more. Great stuff.

 Re: Power Quest
Magic Never Dies is really great and uplifting indeed. I have their first two albums for a few weeks now, but I still have to listen them. Time to rip them to my new computer

It's like British Freedom Call with a great bunch of Keyboards.
