 Trivium's "Shogun"
What you guys think about Trivium's Shogun?I learned the band's amazing album by a lot of fine critics I read in several guitar magazines last year. In October I thougt, I have to buy it immedeately. I did and now it's my hardest and best album relating to the guitars. The singing of Mat Heafy is permanent changing between clear and metalcore but most in clear range. The guitars of Mat and his mate Corey Bealieu are best work to relay on Heavy Metal. Check it out!Signature songs of Shogun are: INTO THE MOUTH OF HELL WE MARCH - OF PROMETHEUS AND THE CRUCIFIX - SHOGUN http://www.trivium.org/heavy greetings... Tyrant Heart

 Re: Trivium's "Shogun"
Sounds a lot like they normally do. I don't really find them very interesting, but it is always fun to have something new to listen to

 Re: Trivium's "Shogun"
I found it to be a great album, however like was said it's not really a new sound.. that's not a bad thing though considering I still love their sound ;p

I like it. They are playing at Mayhem Fest this year and I am going. That should be fun.

 Re: Trivium's "Shogun"
Trivium was really good live. Paulo even got down in the crowd and played for a bit. They played Throes of Perdition, which is my favourite from Shogun. It was kinda hard to see because EVERYONE is taller then me. Everyone was tightly packed in just to see them. They headlined the Jegermeister stage. So they played about 5:45 in the afternoon and it was well over 100* F and high humidity as is custom to central Florida this time of year. It was so hot that my corset was soaked by the time we got fromt he car to the venue. They sounded great!

Trivium in the afternoon is similar to have icecream at the northpole. Not the right time for such a band but I gess you've enjoyed really. And at last no time is wrong for the right music. Tyrant Heart
