 Re: Crimson Thunder My vote goes for Crimson Thunder. It was the first song I heard from Hammerfall and it was something I had never ever heard before. Epic song, feels like there's a story behind it. The music itself is enough but look at the lyrics!! Feels like it speaks to you  . The song is really, should I say, "easy going" with the rhythm, you know and the "silence -part" just after guitar solo makes me shiver. Plus it is pretty easy to play with guitar

Re: Crimson Thunder You can? Really? Ha, you're my new idol then! Just kidding. However, you'd better be proud of yourself... I mean, I've tried to play guitar but I just can't, my fingers are way to short for that, and I'm not even able to dream about playing something like In Memoriam. But if I could, I would probably play it like all the time. =D I also share your opinion about Something for the Ages. Yet another fantastic song that made me believe Pontus is definitely the right guy for HammerFall after Stefan. I still like In Memoriam a bit more, it means so much for me, but Something for the Ages is at least the second-best HammerFall instrumental ever. <: And by the way, In Memoriam seems to be leading right now! Yippee. =D

Re: Crimson Thunder It's not fair to pick only one from this album  But in the end I voted for Crimson Thunder over Hero's Return. Especially the chorus of Crimson Thunder makes the song great.

Simply love that song. Hope that they will once play that live. But I´m not optimistic. Has got this typical HammerFallish catchy chorus line. It´s the song which always comes to my mind when I think of the "Crimson Thunder" album.
