I'm using a Canon 40d, but its not the camera that makes the pictures... unfortunatly there is a lot more to it.

You use photoshop to edit your pictures? My camera handles the most of all work and I upload them as they are But that's just me

Don't let the camera handle the work... do it yourself. The camera does not now what you are looking for.
I use the Gimp, its similar to photosop, but free. Postprocessing is really important to make the pictures pop

I edit photos in Gimp, Paint.net and Photoshop depending on what result I need. But as I use my camera I mostly get the perfect result from the beginning, thats what I meant by the camera does it for me...

ok thats true. you got to have a good image to start with. You can not turn a piece of crap into a masterpiece

You can turn a piece of crap into a masterpiece if you just work with it long enough...
But that needs time and energy...

Then it's no picture anymore. That would be something artificial instead of a pic of something.

Your photos are more than only a hand full of photos. You have cought the atmosphere in it. It's easy to fall in it for rocking.... That was a great doing, he...
