 Re: Blind Guardian
I can't wait for the new album! I'm not watching their videos or pre-listening the songs on their homepage. Maybe I'll listen to one song but the rest of the upcoming album must be a surprise. Too bad they have such a bad location for their show in Munich. The Zenith is according to many fans the worst concert hall in Munich.

 Re: Blind Guardian
No, that's the new single. The album itself is called At The Edge of Time. But you gonna watch the video clip for AVitD, right? I mean, if it's released before the album. You have a choice in concert halls... interesting (I only live in a city of 35,000 people )

 Re: Blind Guardian
There's a cover on the single (John Farnham - You're The Voice) and a version of an album song, technically they're both non-album songs. So yeah, I guess it's worth it

 Re: Blind Guardian
I live in a village with 60 people. It takes me an hour to go to Munich. I don't have a real choice. Either I'm going to watch them in shitty concert hall, or I won't see them live. Organisors don't care about what fans are thinking about the concert hall. I think I'm going to watch the video but I won't listen to the other songs.

 Re: Blind Guardian
What makes a concert hall shitty? I've been to only 2 indoors metal concerts so far, and I had no complaints about the venue. Only next time, we (me, my sister and a good friend of ours) will move more forward, because people in the back look so strange when a few people are almost losing their minds And by the way, living in a town of 60 people can really heersch. Anyway, I'm more and more looking forward to the record. The single will come out in two days, so that's a good appetizer. There's also some song to song commentaries, I'll see if I can post them later.

 Re: Blind Guardian
I wasn't in that concert hall so far but I was told the sound quality is really shitty. While the Mötly Crüe concert, a few people left the show because they couldn't hear anything because it was all screechy, guitars too loud and so on. But according to some friends the worst problem is the air. The ventilation of the hall is very bad.

 Re: Blind Guardian
Something just occured to me... when I hear the new album, I'll probably dance around naked. Anybody wants to see the pictures then? I can put them in the What Do You Look Like thread.

 Re: Blind Guardian
Blind Guardian were in the Rockantenne studio and presented their album and gave an interview! Awesome stuff! They've played 5 songs of the new album. If anyone (of the people who can understand German) is interested. Saturday night from 23 o'clock till 24 o'clock (central European time) here http://www.rockantenne.de/webradio/rockantenne.m3uhttp://www.rockantenne.de/empfang
