All I wanna know now is what the nameday of -Mayhem- was in the past

We in the north have a name calendar. It is originally based on the names of saints and every name that gets enough children named after it earns it's own day. When it is the day of your name you may celebrate (Nothing big but small presents and some congratulations)

Thats what a nameday is in case not all of you are familiar with it.

Yeah, I understood what you meant, I only made a silly joke about a nameday for the name -Mayhem-.

You Finnish people have weird names anyway (no offense )

But they are not all that bad.

Yeah, we have something very similar to that... I mean, that with the saints and days in the calendar... If you're a great Christian, you should name your child after the saint of the day the child was born (if you understand what i just wrote ). Most of the people, in fact, don't name their children after saints. In my case, I was accidentally named after the really important saint, but day before my birth I was born on 4th of June, and Jelena is saint on 3rd of June, if you see what I mean. But my father gave me that name because he likes it, we noticed that thing in calendar later.


Now I'm going off-topic again... but I have to say this... That isn't called being superstitious, it's called being religious. But that belongs to "The topic for the atheist hating" (as you, -Mayhem-, called it ) again.

Weird doesn't mean bad, if you're asking me! I love weird names... I don't know many Finnish names, but for example, I'm quite fascinated by the names J.R.R. Tolkien gave to his characters in Lord Of The Rings and his other novels!

I didn't say that I believe in that things... They are complete out of what I said..

Those naming stories are much better then mine. When my family found out they were adopting a girl baby they voted on names with numbers and that's how I got my name. Nothing too interesting. As far as my birthday I always joke that I am the anti-christ because I was born on 25th of June. No offense meant, I just think it's funny. I am the only person in my country born in my year with my name, so there's no name day for me to celebrate.

I was born on the 6/6... Lucifer's day!
