Re: Do you have guilty music pleasures?
Hey, I like musicals too. I've watched several times the beauty and the beast, dance of the vampires, Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat....I also went to Hamburg to watch the phantom of the opera, Am I not normal?

Yes, I love it! I can sing every song and I have seen it four times when it was played in Oberhausen!

Re: Do you have guilty music pleasures?
I've seen it four times in Stuttgart! Same with the Beauty and the beast. I think worst musical I've ever watched was...umm undecided..either Les Misserable in Duisburg or Miss Saigon in Stuttgart. The music in Les Miserable is wonderful but the show itself wasn't that good. Best part was when 14 people were killed in the battle and the song afterwards. Miss Saigon was so sad and the music wasn't exactly my cup of tea but the show was really good. The beauty and the beast is such a lovely musical! Great show, beautiful songs and awesome special effects. I own many song books of musicals. The music sheets of Tanz der Vampire, Miss Saigon and Jesus Chris Superstar are in my opinion the most complicated music sheets. Andrew Llyod Webber's music is much easier to play.

I've quite forgotten to mentione these two, those are good. But for some reason, I really don't like musicals

Tanz der Vampire is pretty awesome on CD, but I'd never go to a musical, only because I'm afraid that people will doubt my masculinity
My sister really wants to see Tanz der Vampire though.

Andreas, the musical is worth watching! It's funny, it rocks, and it has some awesome special effects! I really like this song! It's not metal but I like it! Mostly the lyrics make this song so special. http://www.clipfish.de/special/supertal ... s-leander/Best thing about the band, they are from my birth town! And I like this song! http://www.clipfish.de/special/supertal ... fuer-arme/

Re: Do you have guilty music pleasures?
I'm trying to do as little judging as possible, and I mean this in the least offensive way possible but... FIENDS AND HERETICS BOTH!!!! I will admit I'm fine with '70s and '80s pop, though. On a different note: What would possibly make you think that? Metal fans liking one of the best metal bands ever? PREPOSTEROUS. Now then, I will actually answer the question: not really, no. I listen to metal and rock and I'm not ashamed of listening to anything I listen to.
