I know we have a lot of people here who are very interested in music.

Are there anyone here who play some kind of instrument or sing?

I´m learning to play the guitar but i´m near university so I need to study and it takes me time of playing the guitar.

I'm not a real guitar player and 'm not a real singer, but I am a songwriter and I play Les Paul
and do singing to fulfil my own visions of music I call myself TYRANT METAL.
When I will overcome my voice problems I could start to record the voice tracks for my project
"END OF FEAR". Meanwhile I try to record the guitar tracks, when time allowed me to do it.
Long time I covered a lot of rocksongs, but from now I play only my own music.

Yes, I'm quite good in playing the snare drum. I'd like to take drum lessons sometime in the future, but I play snare drum since I was 8 years old. I quit my club almost three years ago though. We were becoming really good, but our conductor was a bit too ambitious for my tastes. I really like playing snare drum but these ambitions would mean more contests, and I'm not too fond of them.

But since I got away, they became 2nd of the amateur mallet bands of Holland, not bad. So it was good for me to leave

Played violin during childhood, then guitar when I started listening hr/metal during 80's, and now switch to bass for almost 2 years.
I'm not in a band for now, but I'm thinking about it for 2010. These days I'm keeped too much busy by my bass teacher, preparing for the next examination in june

I'm a kind of a bad amateuer singer even though I used to sing in a pretty good choir until 2 weeks ago. Then I had to leave it because of university work

I'm a singer. I have sung pretty much all my life... just because I like it, not because I'm particularly good at it... because I'm probably not, ha-ha. Well, I don't know - but you don't have to be the greatest musician in the world to play or to sing, that's for sure.

I've never been in a band, I've been messing around on my own... but I like performing (and I write lyrics, too) so it would be nice to try. Maybe someday! <: I have been in a choir, by the way. But it wasn't really for me...

I would love to play guitar, and last summer I tried really hard - but no can do, my fingers are waaay too short for that. .___.' I do know that switching guitar to a smaller one could help, but I tend to get frustrated so easily... I was not made for playing, maybe that's the point. =P Voice is my instrument!

But I do honour all you guys who have had the patience to learn. And who still has. That's great. o/

I played keyboard for more than seven years. But it's kind of hard to play metal with it alone. We wanted to found a two years ago but that did not work since our guitarists left before we even started.
Now I just started learning guitar. But acoustic. We have one here at home and I don't want to pay for an electric one now because I don't know how long it will be fun for me to play it
