After several months of recordings in Göteborg, Sweden and Nashville, TN, the new studio album is finally finished! Guitarist Oscar had this to say:

"That's it, the album recording is finally finished, over, done with! We had an absolute blast throughout this whole experience, and working with James Michael (Mötley Crüe, Sixx: A.M., the Scorpions, Meat Loaf, Hillary Duff among others) was an incredible experience! We set out to have a lot of laughs while creating the strongest HammerFall record to date, and I'd say we succeeded beyond even our own highest expectations! It feels great to know that being in this band for fifteen years can feel this invigorating! We're super, super happy with the outcome, and I am sure our fans will be as well. It's going to be HF like you've never heard before, yet you will recognize the distinct qualities that makes us what and who we are. If "Reinventing The Steel" hadn't already been used, it would be the perfect title for this album!"

I hate it when he talks like that...

I thought exactly the same when I read it... Maybe, just maybe, it has something to do with the fact I'm a lot disappointed in Oscar these days... But anyway, that way of talking seems like they have a little "too high" opinion about themselves.. If you see what I mean.

Well it's customary as a musician, to say that your new album's gonna be the best ever, but this is getting a bit annoying. Just let the fans judge Oscar, in the end they know it better

It's always about the fans' opinion and not their own.

I'm with you guys! I don't like it when bands say the upcoming album is the best album ever. Perhaps it's true, we don't know what the future albums will be like. But I hope this album won't be the last great album.

Interesting is that Oscar says the same thing for almost every album, you know.

Yeah I'm on the same side with you. No one will never can create THE BEST album ever. Although in my sight every Hammerfall is album is a Masterpiece. Yes there are some song what i not like as much as some others but i like them even though they're not the best. I really want to get the newest album, cause it was long time ago when Stefan Elmgren has gone, and from the "No Sacrifice, No Victory" album release date. It was the time to release an other album. I just cannot wait until i get it Its true that Oscar maybe walking above the clouds. I'm just new here in teh forum so i cannot talk anything mroe about this. I'm just waitin til they release the new Studio Album.

And that should happen in May as much as I know.
