Maybe it is to grey? There was so much color on the previous ones that this might seem to dull and and boring instead of interesting and inspiring?

However it did get a lot more quiet here when it came back after being down for a month (and there was no message on the website saying it'd be back up). And some time before that I know you posted following line in the "Almost two years" topic in the "what's going on" section: So I guess people thought the forum got shut down, and now it's so quiet here that they might not want to register (because after all, what's the use of registering on a forum where hardly anything is said?) Just a wild guess...

Re: What's going on/what happened? Especially the lack of information concerning the shutdown. There was just a shutdown and lots of uncertainty.
The band could help in this. For instance, put in a facebook message the line "you can also dicuss this on our official forum". Easy as that.

Re: What's going on/what happened? No, the facebook public is generally different from forum people. On facebook, there's lots of fanboy reactions and such. But a message about the forum could inspire the few among them that are interested in more in-depth discussions.

Re: What's going on/what happened? It would be wonderful if Hammerfall or their management could post tweets on Twitter or Facebook about the forum. If they would write "Hey what do you think about our tour/album..." with a link to a forum topic, maybe it could bring a lot new members to the forum. They could link to topics where we post tour photos or whatever.
Why don't we have awesome painters here? Most bands love fanart and people who make fan art love it to show other people their talent.
