I think the "Vol. II" part is referring to the re-release of Avantasia's metal opera part 1 and 2 Gold Edition.

Tears of a Mandrake, Nailed to the Wheel, Land of the Miracle, Out of Control (with Hansi), Vain Glory Opera (also with Hansi), Mysteria, Down to the Devil, Lavatory Love Machine, Rocket Ride, Sacrifice, Trinidad, Robin Hood, Aren't You a Little Pervert, Too?!, Pride of Creation (those are the only two interesting songs on Tinnitus Sanctus), Jerusalem.

Just some to kick off with. The whole Mandrake album is awesome by the way.
