Oh, this band isn't totally underrated. Just read this review

Hey, wow, a review... Quite surprising.

And with Full Strike he carries on where Hammerfall stopped: making good Swedish Heavy Metal with a liking for catchy tunes.

I don't agree with that part - HammerFall never stopped! Huh.

Such an interesting review, anyway... And a very good score, as well. I can't wait till I get the album! =P Well, it should happen soon since those two other CDs arrived today.

Well it depends what the other CDs are. Are they from a popular band? On a dutch site I see it would take 6-8 weeks to deliver Stefan's CD, I don't know how that is in Finland...

Well, I ordered them from my all time favourite record shop, and they are always very quick with deliveries. For instance, if you order three CDs (like I did, this time), and they have ran out of one of them, then they will send you those two other CDs first. And after you've picked them up and paid for all three products, they will send you the missing one (right after it has arrived there, of course - and it usually happens very quickly, too) without any costs.

So, I have picked up those other CDs, and paid for all three, and now they will send me my Full Strike. I have a feeling that it will arrive the day after tomorrow... Or next week. We'll see. (: Now I have to oppose the temptation to listen to them on YouTube. =P I have heard a couple of songs already, but I want to be surprised. Almost nothing is better than listening an album on stereos for the very first time.

That's the right attitude
But I don't think you will find all those songs on youtube. I checked there once, and there are only a few songs. But the first 4 songs are very good IMO. I don't listen that much to song 5-10 (I should do that more often), but track 11 is really really good.

Yippee, they have finally sent me the album! o/ There were (once again) some problems with delivery... The first copy probably got stolen by some vicious postman or something, and they had to send me a new one. =P It has happened before. With Rhapsody.

Anyway, I love the album! It's great! I've completely fallen in love, ha-ha... It's just something that could be expected from Stefan. He really is an amazing guitar player. And this album also proves that he can make good music.

I kind of like all of the songs... But my favourites must be End of Time, We Will Rise, Silent Screams, Master of My Soul, When Will I Know, First Strike, and Force of the World. Seven songs out of eleven, not bad at all. =P Well, with Silent Screams it's not that simple... The chorus turns somewhat unpleasant after the second verse. =P But I absolutely love that pre-chorus.

Force of the World's guitar solo is awesome. And First Strike, then... Ha-ha, perhaps there's something wrong with me - but I just can't help loving instrumental songs composed by Stefan. And why should I, after all? In Memoriam is still my favourite, but First Strike is also very, very great.

Full Strike's singer has a nice accent. But I think there is something wrong with lyrics... Well, not necessarily wrong - I just can't understand all of them. It can be a healthy sign, too, ha-ha... Perhaps there are some hidden meanings and philosophies. I don't know. But malicious veins who takes all the blame? Princess of the swords? Interesting. And it actually is takes, not take... Same with Silent Screams - there is oceans of pain. Is, not are as it should be since there's a prular. I wonder if those two are deliberate errors. They don't really bother me, and I'm not saying everything should always be grammatical, but... Well, just makes me wonder. =D

Wow. I'm listening to Force of the World right now, and the guitar solo smashed me down once again. What a great song. What a great album. I'm glad I bought it.

I never really looked that good at the lyrics. But I don't really mind, Sabaton also likes to make some grammatical mistakes.

And about stupid lyrics: just read the lyrics of this band called "Emigrate" (solo project by Rammstein guitar player), compared to that, this is sheer poetry.

But at least this "band" has a new fan, and that's worth something I guess
