Post Knock Out Festival
The Knock Out Festival will take place this Saturday, and I'm going! :D Am a bit hyper already, can't wait!
Will post a review and pictures here afterwards, if anyone is interested. :)

Anyone else here going?

After seeing this line-up, I feel sorry about the fact I can't go. I had a great concert yesterday in Tilburg (Sonata Arctica), and I couldn't resist buying the CDs I found in multiple cities, so I'm watching my wallet again ;)

But if they will announce another nice band, I might consider going to Graspop. You're going?

I haven't ordered my ticket yet, but I'm definitely going to Graspop. I had lots of fun the past 7 times so... :) So far some good names have been announced, and the bill already looks better than last year...
Do note: if you order your ticket before 15th January, it's still at the same price as last year's ticket. After that date, the price "might be adjusted" (aka, it will most likely get more expensive)

I saw Sonata Arctica in Antwerp 6th december, was pleasantly surprised by Winterborn. And saw Alice Cooper 8th december, super awesome show! :D

On topic (before we get complaints  ): if anyone here is going to the Knock Out festival and thinks it would be fun to have a forum members meeting, let us know here! :)

I would love to go to knock out festival but I didn't get a new job, so I can't afford the ticket. :(
If I get a positive answer tomorrow, I would buy immediately a ticket! (but I don't think it will happen). It would be awesome to meet some of you people! :)

Damn, this was so worth the 3 and a half hour drive to get there
A bill with only good bands, a nice venue, great concerts, ... it was super!!!

A pity HammerFall's set was troubled with pyrotechnics problems, they had to stop after a few songs so the problems could be fixed, but other than that it was a great show. I am crap at remembering setlists, so can't type it down here (maybe it will appear online somewhere soon?). I did manage to get front row (again) so I have some fairly good piccies :)

My piccies are mostly HammerFall: http://s580.photobucket.com/albums/ss245/RocketQueen_Ine_2/KnockOutFestival_2009/

Thanks very much! I think a friend of mine might have better pictures than I do, I'll post a link to his pictures, if I can (will ask first).

Oh, and we briefly met Peavy from Rage during the backstage tour :D Sadly we didn't get the chance to meet HammerFall or Edguy, but one can't have everything I guess...

Me with Peavy:
