 Freedom Call Now ain't this a nice band. A band that calls its own music "happy metal" can't be wrong, or is it?  I own 3 CDs of them. Of course, I'm planning to buy the other ones (Eternity and Dimensions), and I'm waiting for them to release their new record (it should be there this or next month, according to the last bit of news).

Re: Freedom Call That is what I call extreme happy metal. So - apart from a few exceptions like Dimensions (the song) - it is too happy, even for me who loves happy stuff. But if you like Freedom Call, then check out Ravenheart. They copy them perfectly, especially in the song "Lords of Power" which I love somehow.

Re: Freedom Call Well, thanks for the tip, but I decided to put a limit on PM bands I like. I might get bored too fast, and I want to prevent that. But every band I like, I will keep an eye on them.

Re: Freedom Call I've never paid attention to this band..*runs to youtube to check them out*... I can't help myself...their songs make me laughing!  The musics sounds so happy that I can't listen to the lyrics. I thought Dragonforce would make happy metal but Freedom call beat them! OMG, that music made my day! *can't stop laughing*

Re: Freedom Call The new CD "Legend of the Shadowking" was postponed to August/September this year, so that's why there was a message from Chris, mid-October, that the releasedate still has to be confirmed. Nice.

Re: Freedom Call I just had time to listen it two times but it makes me really happy!!!!!! I like it much more than the last album. The songs arte more back to the roots And I just can´t wai to see Freedom Call live on the 9th in Bochum!!!
