HammerFall will release a new album in 2022, and that will be followed up by a huge European tour together with Helloween! How fucking cool is that? The United Forces Tour 2022 begins at the end of March, and we literally could not be more excited about it!

The Swedish saviors of Heavy Metal, HAMMERFALL, will join German Heavy Metal legends Helloween on their postponed European tour in 2022. Swedish and German Steel unites to the United Forces Tour 2022!


We all have to stick together to stand and endure this agonizing live music gap and because extraordinary circumstances require extraordinary measures, Helloween invited their friends from HAMMERFALL to join them on their European tour in order to create a tremendous metal-package together. Both bands will have brand-new albums in their luggage and the European fans will be able to listen to the new songs live for the very first time on the United Forces Tour 2022. The long-awaited end of the dry spell is in sight - coming with a double dose in March, April and May 2022 as we have to catch up two years of metalparty to get cured from a lot of withdrawal symptoms!

For the dry run up front, Helloween is releasing their fantastic new album and with the unification of their three vocalists Kiske, Deris & Hansen the album reminiscences to all eras of the band's history. This already is a sensation in itself, but also HAMMERFALL is ready to release a brand-new record before the tour starts. A great forerunner to get warmed up for the double load of live power with the ultimate United Forces Tour 2022. Some of you have already started to get your refunds, so now it's official: the North American tour that was to take place in September/October is cancelled. That sucks, but with the current global pandemic wreaking havoc on the world we (meaning the local promoters, booking agent and the band) had no choice.
We are hopeful to be able to rebook the tour for a future time, but since everything is so unstable at the moment the decision was made to scrap altogether it and return to it when things have calmed down. We are as sorry for this as you are, but hope you have understanding for our predicament brought on by the Corona virus. Stay safe, stay healthy, stay metal, and take care of each other!

During this down time due to the Corona virus, we have launched HammerFall TV over on our YouTube channel. In the first shows, streamed live every Friday at 19:00 CEST, Oscar is going through some songs from a specific album every week, playing the riffs, talking about the song writing and answering questions about the recording.

Due to the Corona virus wreaking havoc with everything at the moment, the Scandinavian shows we had scheduled for the end of March (three in Denmark, two in Sweden) have all been postponed. When they will happen we don't know, but it will be announced as soon as things return to normal and we can continue regular operations. Hold on to your tickets, as they will be valid for the future date. We're very sorry for all this, but it's in the interest of public safety and according to regulations imposed by governments in order to get ahead of this terrible pandemic. Stay safe out there, everyone, and keep the flame burning.

Right after the European tour is done, we go straight East for a couple of more shows. It's the first time ever for HammerFall in Belarus, second in the Ukraine and first time in St. Petersburg. Plus, we haven't been to Moscow for a club show in almost ten years so we hope you all will come and party with us. Together, we will make Russia, Belarus and the Ukraine rock!
The amazing North American adventure with Sabaton has ended and we look forward to the next big road trip, taking place in Europe together with special guest Battle Beast and opening act Serious Black. It's taking place in January and February next year, and tickets are going fast. Check out the tour section for all the details on how to be a part of this glorious undertaking, easily the biggest tour we have ever done to date! We've something very special in store, that's all we can reveal at the moment.
